How to reach us
- Email: [email protected] — product questions, bugs, account and data requests.
- Privacy or deletion request: same address; put "Privacy request" in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
Response time
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Requests involving deletion or access to your personal data are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days), and we may need to verify your identity first.
Before you write
- Include your app version and device (Settings → About in the app).
- Describe the session or question you were practicing — never send passwords or one-time codes.
- Crashes? Attach the dialog the app shows you; it includes a diagnostic id.
App availability
